Susan G Komen 3-Day for the Cure

Once again, my mom walked in the Susan G Komen 3-Day for the cure - walking 60 miles in 3 days all throughout the Puget Sound.  I am so proud of her for her enormous heart and dedication.  Here are some shots from the closing ceremonies.

Cannon Beach

What was supposed to be an 80 degree week on the Oregon Coast, turned out to be a breezy 60 degree week... but that didn't stop us from thoroughly enjoying ourselves!  Thanks mom, for a great vacation! Just in the nick of time, too :)

We picked a beautiful July day for a hike at Mount Rainier.  We even found snow!

Carnival

Our good friends and neighbors held a Funtime Fair and Carnival this summer.  It was thought up and planned by their two oldest boys, Keenon and Dawson. (Gavin helped, too!)  Everyone had a great time!

Leonie's Farewell

In September, the Stone family invited Leonie, a German exchange student, into their home.  Very quickly, she became a part of the family.  So when the school year ended and it was time for Leonie to head back to Germany, her new family threw her a surprise farewell party! She also had asked for some family photographs to be taken before she left... which is where I come in!  The party was great: food, friends and volleyball!  Good times were had by all.  Thank you Stone family - Leonie included :) Here are a few of my favorites.
